How should counsellors interpret the assessment reports?

Each report breaks a student's profile into five components — interests, personality, aptitude, EQ, and work values — along with resulting career recommendations, suggested academic stream, and subject guidance. Counsellors are encouraged to read these components together rather than in isolation, since a career recommendation is the product of how all five dimensions interact, not any single score.
